I wanted to give you all a quick way to navigate this site. Since I've been adding content to this blog for almost four years, there is tons of content you probably never even seen! However, there is a quick way to find everything.
Of course there is the menu/navigation bar above. Those pages pretty much stay the same except for every few weeks when I decide to add new content. Never less, they are important and have great content for newly naturals, about myself, contact info and so forth.
Your main source for getting content will be my latest posts, which are posted in the middle of the site (The section you're reading right now). I post a new topic about every two to three days.
The easiest way to find older posts is by using the "Blog Archive" section in the right hand column. This can be found under the "Follow me on Pinterest" icon (keep scrolling down if you don't see it). Here you can find posts by year and month.
There is tons of content on here that I don't want you all to miss out on! So take some time to look back, I'm sure you'll find something helpful.
