Hey Curlies,
I finally got my hands on the new Shea Moisture products! It's been on my radar for the last few weeks and I can't wait to try it! The products hit shelves officially today (8/1) at select CVS stores.
This line contains the Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen, Grow & Restore:
- Shampoo
- Treatment Masque
- Hair Serum
- Edge Treatment
- Leave-in conditioner*
- Hair lotion*
*These are the two products I am missing*
What makes me so excited about this line is its main ingredient, Jamaican black castor oil (JBCO). Castor oil overall has wonderful benefits for the hair, but many women have regrown hair in troubled areas with JBCO. Prior to this product line, I'd only used JBCO once, which wasn't long enough to see results and healthier hair.
This time I will challenge myself. I will use strictly this line of products for one month to see the difference. I will document my first impression, follow up uses and then give my final thought. I'm really excited to to share my experiences with you all!
