I think it's discussion time. I've had this topic on my mind for a while and I would love to get the opinion of you all. It centers around the professional work environment and natural hair.
My question is: Would you change your hairstyle for a position? Or if you were interviewing for a position and they explained to you that your hair style (puff,fro,etc.) was a bit extreme and needed to be modified before your start date, how would you react?
